Respected service company is seeking a driven, organized Sales Manager with B2B experience in septic, sewer, plumbing, electrical, or related home/commercial services. This role leads a growing sales team (currently
7), drives revenue, and ensures exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and coach sales and field teams to exceed revenue goals
  • Implement sales strategies and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership, dispatch, service, and customer service teams
  • Oversee bids, contracts, estimates, and project execution
  • Build and maintain client relationships, especially with MHPs and property managers
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions
  • Support marketing efforts with client feedback and tailored materials
  • Coordinate emergency responses and cross-departmental projects
Requirements
  • 1.5+ years B2B sales in home/commercial services or industrial sectors
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Working knowledge of septic systems and related services
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a competitive edge
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, Google Sheets;
    Service Titan a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, ability to pass background/drug screening
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.; strong mechanical aptitude
