Regal Entertainment Group - : a142c-852e-87ae0025ac94 [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a Cast Member at Regal Entertainment, you'll:
Be responsible for ensuring the guests receive exceptional service;
Upsell/suggestive sell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX);
Operate, prepare and clean all concession related equipment;
Operate POS system;
Tear tickets, collect and deposit appropriate stub, and direct patrons to their auditoriums;
Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary.
