Position: Para educator - Special Education 1:1 Student

Overview

Positions:
Special Education Para educator 1:1.

Hours:

2.5 hours per day. Days per Week:
Monday – Friday. Work Calendar: 181 Work Days. Unit Classification: PSEA. Salary

Schedule:

Starting Pay - Para 3 ($28.09; 25-26 School Year Rates). For complete salary schedule and Collective Bargaining Agreement, please visit the Human Resources website, under "Resources".

para educators are hired for a position - building assignment is subject to change.

Minimum Qualifications / Eligibility

Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible for employment, candidates must upload to their application:

  • A copy of their high school diploma AND
  • Documentation of one of the following:
  • A copy of an official college transcript indicating an AA degree or higher OR
  • 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100 level and higher courses OR
  • Official documentation of a passing score on Washington State approved assessment*
