Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring an Entry-Level Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer to support our Fabrication teams in Auburn, Algona, and Puyallup, WA. Successful candidates will have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with both the engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
• Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
• Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans. Investigates technical problems.
• Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience)

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a production environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  1): $76,500 - $103,500
