Member Services Representative – Core Development & Management
Join Core Development & Management as a Member Services Representative and help provide a superior “Judgement Free” experience to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
Core Development & Management Pay Range$17.00/hr – $22.00/hr (actual pay will be based on skills and experience).

- Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions and concerns.
- Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members, offering support, and upholding club policies.
- Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, elevate to the Club Manager.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
- Perform membership functions such as sign‑ups, billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
- Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all exercise equipment, Recovery Zone amenities, restrooms, and assigned areas.
- Perform routine walk‑throughs of club areas, quickly addressing safety or cleanliness concerns.
- Report maintenance and facility issues such as broken equipment or leaking faucets.
- Participate in flexible scheduling with full‑time and part‑time shift options.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shift.
- Continual communication in person or on the phone.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
- Flexibility in position changes, including bending and twisting.
