Member Services Representative – Core Development & Management

Join Core Development & Management as a Member Services Representative and help provide a superior “Judgement Free” experience to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

$17.00/hr – $22.00/hr (actual pay will be based on skills and experience).

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions and concerns.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members, offering support, and upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, elevate to the Club Manager.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions such as sign‑ups, billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all exercise equipment, Recovery Zone amenities, restrooms, and assigned areas.
• Perform routine walk‑throughs of club areas, quickly addressing safety or cleanliness concerns.
• Report maintenance and facility issues such as broken equipment or leaking faucets.
• Participate in flexible scheduling with full‑time and part‑time shift options.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shift.
• Continual communication in person or on the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Flexibility in position changes, including bending and twisting.
