Job Description
We are currently seeking an Experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Auburn, Washington. This role will work directly with Fabrication and finance leaders to support cost analysis and planning across multiple areas of the business, driving financial performance with executive business partners. Partnering with Boeing Commercial Airplane Fabrication teams, you will help with strategic investment planning, cost, material and project analysis, and other finance improvements as required.
Position Responsibilities
- Initiate assignments and lead integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or estimates at completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs.
- Develop performance reports.
- Lead integration of variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to executive leadership.
- Make recommendations to executive leadership on financial performance projections using business knowledge and experience.
- Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost opportunities and risks.
- Lead development of financial analysis using appropriate indices, financial and business partner data.
- Provide subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions.
Location and Work Arrangement
This position is hybrid and on‑site work may be required at one of the listed locations, at the hiring team’s discretion.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role.
- 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets).
- Experience presenting and communicating data in senior leadership briefings.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience with material and cost analysis.
- Strong presentation skills to senior and executive management.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, and workload prioritization skills.

Pay and Benefits
Base pay ranges from $93,500 to $126,500. Additional variable compensation opportunities may be available. Eligible employees may enroll in a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and time‑off programs. The specific programs available vary by eligibility, location, and collective bargaining agreements.
