• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics)
• Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on your training and clinical interests
• Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care
• Optional:
  Treat adult patients based on your interests
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving
• Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory and communication needs

• $1,500 signing bonus
• $80,000–$102,000/year depending on experience and schedule
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule that fits your life
• Reasonable direct contact expectations with built-in documentation time
• Direct contact bonus for exceeding goals
• Designated therapy space—no floating desks or laptop juggling
• Weekly protected focus hour for documentation, prep, or breathing room
• Dedicated therapy aide support for setup, cleanup, and materials
• Front desk team handles all scheduling and insurance
• CEU support + paid mentorship and professional development
• Licensure and ASHA certification reimbursement

• Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in Washington
• CCC preferred, but strong CFs are welcome to apply
• Experienced in the field—or ready to bring your full self to a team that values you
