Chiropractic Assistant – Part-time

Role:

We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who shows up, follows through, and delivers an exceptional patient experience every day. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and centered around patient care, teamwork, and growth. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between patients and their health goals. You’ll support our doctors in delivering non‑invasive, preventative care while providing a WOW experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

This is not a desk job—our techs are actively engaged with patients, teaching therapeutic exercises, assisting with care, and creating a welcoming clinic environment. • Consult with patients to learn about their symptoms (Spanish fluency a bonus, not required)
• Teach patients how to properly perform therapeutic exercises (sometimes side by side)
• Take digital spinal x‑rays once certified (training provided)
• Manage daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Support the clinic’s doctor and team members in growing the office

• Every patient receives a WOW‑level experience at each visit
• Patients comply with their treatment plans
• Exercises are taught clearly, safely, and effectively
• Patients dropping of treatment plan are contacted daily
• Obtain Google Reviews
• All statistics are entered daily

• High energy, positive attitude, and love working with people
• Strong communication skills (in person and by phone)
• Comfortable being hands‑on with patients
• Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask
• Growth mindset and open to coaching/training
• No prior healthcare experience required—training provided

In‑office role at one of our Chiro 1st clinics in Washington State. Days/

Hours:

Part‑time, 16‑20 hours per week. Clinic hours vary by location.

• Hourly wage pay raise once x‑ray certified
