Position

PHARMACY/CERTIFIED TECH – Kroger Mountain View Foods, Portland, Oregon

Provide exceptional customer service and direct patient intervention in a pharmacy setting, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required.
• Assist pharmacist with all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
• Deliver accurate and efficient customer experience: reception, data entry, adjudication, dispensing.
• Coach and train clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications in accordance with regulations.
• Perform post‑fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non‑dispensing services via platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA‑waived screenings per state/federal law.
• Provide additional health and wellness services authorized by law.
• Enforce sanitation and safety regulations.
• Report illegal activity and harmful conditions.
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, 18 years of age, ability to handle confidential information, completion of national registration/certification or licensure.
• Desired: Previous pharmacy technician experience or equivalent experience.
