Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – $2,183–$2,250 per week – Auburn, WA

The position is available in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting where you will provide rehabilitation services for patients.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow‑up care for continued rehabilitation
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pay: $2,183.94 – $2,250.46 per week
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
