Integrated Mental Health Therapist: Primary Care Team

The Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist-BHN provides assessments, treatment planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role uses collaborative care to promote symptom reduction and optimal outcomes for a diverse patient population.

We offer a 1.0 FTE schedule (8:00AM–5:00PM; Mon-Fri) with potential sign-on and relocation bonuses; placement at multiple locations provides options for candidates according to clinic needs.
