The Security Analyst Consultant will support an ongoing cybersecurity project, providing expertise in security analysis and risk management. This role requires full onsite presence in Columbia, South Carolina, and adherence to security clearance residency requirements.
Responsibilities- Analyze and monitor security systems and protocols.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance security posture.
- Provide detailed reports on security incidents and findings.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience as a non-manager level security analyst.
- Must meet South Carolina residency and security clearance requirements.
- Additional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are beneficial but not explicitly required.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks.
- Full onsite presence required in Columbia, South Carolina.
- Must comply with South Carolina residency requirements for security clearance.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Duration of 12 months with possible extension.
