RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Warehouse Manager to join our growing Operations team. The Warehouse Manager is an integral member of our operations team and is responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

• Manage the facilities, equipment, and human resources of the Warehouse department including hiring, firing, promoting, disciplining, and adjusting wages within the limits of the approval of the Director of Distribution and RNDC's published policies and procedures.
• Select and assign department personnel as required to meet the established departmental operating schedules, ensuring delivery commitments are met.
• Work cooperatively with the sales department representatives to provide prompt, accurate product deliveries to the company's customers.
• Ensure installed security systems, procedures, and measures are in proper working order and enforced to eliminate pilferage and loss of product.
• Maintain inventory by ensuring proper storage, access, and compliance with storage guidelines to safeguard product quality and shelf life.
• Ensure properly trained personnel follow receiving procedures and documentation to guarantee accurate entry into the warehouse inventory control system.
• Identify and eliminate safety risks, establishing clear rules around safe behavior that are enforced.
• Engage in continuous improvement of warehouse processes to achieve better metrics at lower cost.

• Current, valid state driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to be bonded.
• Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) license as required by the state (e.g., TABC).

This compensation information is an estimate in accordance with Washington state law. Salary generally starts at $100,000 to $125,000 annually, based on applicant skills and experience.
