CNC Machinist; Day Shift​/Weekends

A&G Machine is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate a diverse range of 5-axis machining capabilities, including large nutating heads and gantry-style machining, as well as complex assemblies and kitting. • Read blue prints, engineering drawings, specifications, and interpret GD&T.
• Use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
• Able to use basic math, geometry and trigonometry.
• Set up machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures.
• Maintains specifications by:
  • taking measurements;
  • detecting malfunctions;
  • troubleshooting processes;
  • adjusting and reprogramming;
  • replacing worn tools;
  • adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Operate an overhead crane and drive a forklift.
• Edit G code and M code programs.
• Operate 3, 4, & 5 axis vertical and horizontal CNC Mills.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment using preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• 4+ years Machining
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• US Citizen
• Able to work well with others.

• Required to push, pull, lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time

• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.

Full-time, In person, Weekends

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends only

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
