Assembly Technician (Cable/Harness)
Shift/Hours: TBD
Pay Rate: $19 - $26/hr DOE

Assembly Technician (Cable/Harness) Job Duties and Requirements:
- Support the engineering team by assisting with the assembly of cables and harnesses using basic hand tools and following standardized production methods.
- Perform foundational tasks such as wire cutting, stripping, and identifying cables using basic color codes and schematics.
- Learn to follow detailed Work Instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area according to 5S standards.
- Use measuring instruments (like a multimeter) to perform simple continuity checks and verify basic connections.
- Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and basic math/reading skills; willingness to pursue IPC certification and specialized training is required.
