As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations—including opening and closing procedures, returns, special orders, and task delegation among sales associates.

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales leadership, achieving daily sales objectives.
• Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans.
• Stay current on brand and product knowledge, company information, sales events, and be a resource for customers and staff.
• Assist with opening and closing, administering returns, handling store credit, processing special orders, and delegating tasks.
