We're looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper‑focused on the in‑store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer experience skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register – use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add‑on sales using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store policies and ensure a safe, theft‑free environment.
• Support maintenance of the stock room and overall store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively as a team to get the job done.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and making sales.
• At least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.
• Avenger‑like collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, pack and unpack boxes of up to 50 pounds.

$16.70 - $17.20 an hour

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
