• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Positive communication skills with associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion while partnering with the Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Teamplayer who can work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height with proper equipment.
• Frequently walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and repetitively lift.
• Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
