Freight Brokerage Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard new shipper accounts
• Build and manage profitable freight lanes
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry relationships
• Negotiate rates and service agreements
• Coordinate with operations and carrier teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and account growth
