Based in Seattle, WA, you’ll:

• Diagnose & Repair HVAC Systems:
  Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential systems with skill and speed.

• Lead the Front Lines:
  Train, mentor, and build up the next generation of techs.

• Support Field Operations:
  Provide in-person and remote troubleshooting support when the heat is on.

• Champion Safety & Service:
  Deliver gold-standard safety and unforgettable customer service every time.

• Minimum 4+ years of HVAC work experience (required)

• Active 068 license (required)

• EPA certification (required)

• Seattle refrigeration license (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Proficiency in HVAC diagnostics and wiring diagrams

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Physically capable of HVAC fieldwork

• Punctual, professional, and coachable

• Must pass background check and drug screen
