• Repair equipment using appropriate tools to meet company standards
• Follow work-order directions effectively and perform tasks in a timely manner
• Identify causes of operating errors and determine corrective actions
• Communicate issues clearly and professionally in various situations
• Participate in ongoing equipment education and assist in additional areas as directed by supervisors

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record

• Previous experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
• Knowledge of U-Haul Company’s proprietary technology or similar systems
• Additional certifications or training in automotive mechanics
