Maintenance Technician Job Duties and Requirements:

• Performs timely troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical and mechanical problems on machinery and equipment.
• Establishes and performs regular preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
• Dismantles defective equipment and installs new or repaired components, including facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Supervises outside contractors and ensures full participation and compliance with all safety, quality, and Lean requirements.
• Maintains accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs, while regularly monitoring working conditions to ensure team safety.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is a Safety Sensitive role, the company is dedicated to the safety of all employees, and we are looking for candidates that are safety oriented to join our team.
• Strong mechanical skills and willingness to learn and grow in technical areas
• 1-2 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment
• College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and basic understanding of blueprints and shop drawings.

Nice to haves:

• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with automotive repair or car maintenance
• Knowledge of vehicle engines and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools used in car maintenance
