Steady roofing work for roofers and roofing helpers across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects in the Greater Seattle Area.
Full-time preferred. Part-time may be considered. Day shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available depending on workload and weather.
Location Office: Auburn, WA 98002, work is in person at job sites throughout the Greater Seattle Area
Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour. Final rate depends on experience and skill level. Overtime is paid when applicable.
What You'll Do
- Install and repair different roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, shingles, and silicone coatings
- Help with roof repairs, tear-offs, prep work, cleanup, and material handling
- Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Follow safety rules and work as part of a crew
What We're Looking For
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required for helper roles
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be reliable, on time, and ready to work with a crew
- Must have reliable transportation to the Auburn office or job sites
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs when needed
- Must be able to communicate with supervisors and crew members
