Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Service Runner to join our team! This person will drive a company‑provided vehicle over an established route to deliver parts, uniforms, and consumables to field technicians. This person will also pick up parts from various vendors and deliver them to the field technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities- Drives truck to deliver such items as parts, consumables, uniforms, and miscellaneous items to technicians at customer sites.
- Picks up will calls from vendors.
- Return cores and warranty parts to the parts department for the technicians.
- Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, as necessary.
- Must follow all safety procedures and use good judgment regarding safety.
- Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by the Service Department supervisors or managers.
- Manage their time and make sure to meet scheduled appointments with technicians.
- Need to have good communication including verbal phone, text, and email with all technicians.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, co‑workers, and managers in other departments.
- Must be willing to work off‑hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
- Essential job duties require the use of smartphones, computers, email, text message, maps, and GPS systems. Proficient use of these items is preferred.
- Must be able to multitask and adapt to varying workloads and environments.
- Willing to comply with employee handbook.
- Must have a valid California Driver License and maintain a Department of Motor Vehicles Report with no more than the acceptable number of points as determined by our vehicle insurance carrier.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- This position will be based in the field and require daily travel within assigned territories while using a company vehicle.
- Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.

- Position requires the employee to climb/balance/stoop/kneel/crouch and crawl.
- The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and the risk of electrical shock.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration.
