As a Warehouse Technician
, you will support the daily loadout of contract installers and assist with shipping and receiving processes, while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory structure.

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins in a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Fill sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated assembly area
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program
• Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Gather and position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Experience and ability using computer programs preferred

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license required
• 1‑year experience in warehouse work environment preferred
• Forklift Certified preferred
• Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus

• Warehouse facility is not climate controlled and may experience extreme temperatures
• Requires up to 8 hours of standing/walking (with breaks)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low
