Warehouse Associate

Endries International is a dynamic and growing fastener distribution company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Packaging Associate.

• Packaging:
  Responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging products according to company standards.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all items meet our quality standards before shipping.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including receiving, restocking, and organizing warehouse shelves.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner to meet customer requirements when required.
• Safety:
  Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes (up to 50lbs) on a regular basis.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• Compensation: $21/hour (actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role)
