What You Will Do- Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling
- Safe forklift/equipment usage
- Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices
- Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
- Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
- Pro‑active and self‑motivated mindset
- Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
- Requires punctual regular and reliable on‑site attendance
- Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Team oriented
- Safety aware and oriented
- Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
- Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment
- Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Warehouse environment
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Usual 40‑hour work‑week Monday through Friday; evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires punctual regular and reliable on‑site attendance
- This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime
- Pay is $19.50/hour - $21/hour, DOE.
