To learn more about being a Warehouse Associate at North Coast Electric:

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling
• Safe forklift/equipment usage
• Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Pro‑active and self‑motivated mindset
• Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on‑site attendance
• Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Team oriented
• Safety aware and oriented
• Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
• Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Warehouse environment
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Usual 40‑hour work‑week Monday through Friday; evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on‑site attendance

• This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $19.50/hour - $21/hour, DOE.
