Endries International is a dynamic and growing fastener distribution company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Packaging Associate.

• Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including receiving, restocking, and organizing warehouse shelves.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• Compensation: $21 per hour (actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role)
