• Process expense reports in a timely manner as Pre-Pay Auditor.
• Process new vendor information and corrections submitted through Supplier Onboarding.
• Verify accuracy of entered data prior to posting and payment.
• Assist hospitals/vendors with vendor, People Soft Expense, or Smart System issues.
• Print Accounts Payable checks.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of processed invoices.
• Organize, plan, and manage time effectively to complete assignments.
• Complete mandatory training and courses required by the completion date.
• Ensure accuracy of all imaging into Image Now and maintain the AP and Expense Image Now error queue.

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounts payable or office experience preferred.
• Accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Strong coordination, analysis, observation, and decision-making skills.
