As the Accounting A.I. implementor, you will be responsible for implementing artificial intelligence to streamline accounting process for SERVPRO®. You will some accounting understanding to endure our processes get met.
Role SummaryThe Accounting A.I. Implementor is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing artificial intelligence tools that enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency across all accounting workflows. This role bridges accounting expertise with modern automation technologies, ensuring the organization leares A.I. for month‑end close, reconciliations, job costing, financial reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities A.I. Implementation & Automation- Deploy and maintain A.I. tools for AP, AR, job costing, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Build automated workflows for reconciliations, variance analysis, and month‑end close tasks.
- Integrate A.I. models with accounting systems (Quick Books, Net Suite, Xactimate, ERP platforms).
- Train A.I. agents to categorize transactions, detect anomalies, and flag compliance risks.
- Develop automated dashboards for KPIs, cash flow, job profitability, and forecasting.
- Map current accounting processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Redesign workflows to reduce manual entry, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve accuracy.
- Create SOPs, checklists, and training materials for A.I.
-enhanced processes. - Partner with operations to streamline job costing, billing, and insurance documentation.
- Ensure data integrity across all A.I. tools and accounting systems.
- Monitor A.I. outputs for accuracy, exceptions, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain audit trails and support GAAP compliance through automated controls.
- Oversee integrations between A.I. platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and financial software.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for A.I.
-driven accounting processes. - Communicate changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–7 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, month‑end close).
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, or similar).
- Familiarity with A.I. platforms (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or enterprise A.I. tools).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Ability to translate accounting needs into technical requirements.
This is a role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
