Administrative Assistant

Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan is currently seeking highly skilled individuals to fill Production Technician openings at the Nissan manufacturing plant located in Canton, MS.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Work in the Occupational Health Division
• Transfer Medical Charts, file records, order supplies
• Research, resolve and respond to inquiries/concerns from internal and/or external customers. Escalate complex issues for resolution as appropriate.
• Distribute information as appropriate to department members or internal/external customers.
• Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, system applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available.
• Receive and refer visitors and telephone callers within the department, which may require referring calls to different divisions, countries, or companies in multiple languages.
• May create and maintain sensitive department records; use data to prepare letters and memoranda at the direction of the supervisor or for supervisor's signature, and prepare documents for distribution.

• Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on SharePoint.
• Strong written communication skills as report writing will be key.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with confidential company information.
• High School diploma/equivalent is required. Undergraduate degree in business, communications or journalism is preferred.
