Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Harborview Health Center of Augusta! As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels valued and respected.

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a smile
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Coordinate scheduling and patient registration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
• Handle payment processing and insurance claims
• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and clutter-free
• Monitor and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer software and Microsoft Office
