The Office Manager will function as the operational center of the branch.

This person will coordinate employees, vendors, facilities, administrative systems, meetings, onboarding and office procedures while ensuring that the branch operates professionally and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who does not simply wait for instructions but identifies problems, takes ownership and follows matters through completion.

Coordinate office schedules, meetings, conference rooms and employee activity.

Manage vendors, utilities, internet, office equipment, security and access.

Maintain office supplies and purchasing controls.

Assist with employee onboarding and workspace preparation.

Coordinate computers, credentials, phones and other equipment for new employees.

Maintain attendance, schedules and administrative records.

Coordinate branch invoices and approved expenses.

Maintain organized corporate and office records.

Support visits from clients, business owners, lenders, attorneys and portfolio-company representatives.

Coordinate recruiting and interview days.

Supervise administrative/support personnel assigned to the office.

Implement branch SOPs and operating checklists.

Produce a weekly branch-management report.

Identify operational problems before they become management problems.

Coordinate with Anpota leadership and affiliated companies.

Maintain strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of office-management, branch-management, executive-support or administrative-operations experience.

Strong organizational ability.

Strong follow-through.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to supervise people and vendors.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or comparable systems.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Reliable in-office availability in Georgia.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services, private equity, banking, legal, accounting, real estate, professional services or another highly confidential business environment is preferred.

Experience helping open, relocate or organize an office is particularly valuable.

First 90-Day Success Measures

The successful candidate should:

establish a fully functioning branch;

organize vendors and office systems;

create reliable employee scheduling;

eliminate routine office-management responsibilities from senior leadership;
