Project Coordinator – Leidos in the National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). This role supports Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. Job Summary
:
Leidos currently has an opening for a Project Coordinator to work at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. This is an opportunity to contribute to the SWEETTEA Facilities Service Contract mission and team.

• Interface with Leidos and customer staff to provide pricing for various levels of effort for proposed project work in response to Statements of Work (SOW).
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to customer on project work and proposal statuses via weekly reports and ad-hoc status updates.
• Prepare project work proposals by leveraging pricing strategies and personnel, including task decomposition and subject matter expert input.
• Utilize knowledge of facilities service contract trades to generate comprehensive and accurate pricing for project deliverables.
• Liaise with team members to source materials for quotes and coordinate with vendors for sub-contracted levels of effort.
• Manage project workflow from creation to close-out for multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee ordering and kitting of project work materials prior to project commencement.
• Arrange kick-off packages and meetings with stakeholders to ensure awareness of tasks, levels of effort, and expectations.
• Provide creative solutions and utilize available resources to achieve the desired final outcome for customer project work.
• Perform internal quality assurance review walk-downs of completed project work and address customer quality reviews as needed.
• Maintain records of project work, pricing packages, and related documents on customer furnished equipment and Leidos Vector (Sharepoint) sites.
• Build and develop Basis of Estimate (BOE) files for each project proposal and revise BOEs as new Delivery Orders are received.
• Build and maintain project packages with all applicable information for teams performing levels of effort.

• High School diploma with 4+ years of experience in project work; or college/military equivalent training in project management with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience operating office equipment such as word processors, secure telephones, and copiers.
• Fluent in English with ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of basic facilities operations and maintenance.
• Position requires an active TS/SCI Polygraph to be considered.

• Ability to use database programs (e.g., MAXIMO) to collect information for project proposals and recommendations.
• Knowledge of the FEDS building standards.
• Experience in Construction IDIQ project requirements related to management, cost estimating, and/or building trades installation practices.
