Herman Construction Group, Inc. (HCG) is currently experiencing growth and is in search of a skilled Superintendent to join our team don, GA. As a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH), we are dedicated to providing exceptional leadership and coordination to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Job Duties- Complete ownership of the schedule and subcontractor management
- Progress reviews with the owner
- Billing percentage reviews with the owner
- Coordinating with the site safety and quality control managers
- Site access for subcontractors
- Daily reports
- Building and maintaining the project schedule
- RFIs
- Inspections
- Hazard identification
- Review plans and specifications
- Compliance and other duties as necessary
Complete roof replacement including lightning protection and minor electrical/mechanical work.
Minimum Required Certifications / Education- 10 years experience in construction
- Experience managing Government projects
- Experience with RMS
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PDF
- Experience with Procore
- Can pass a background check
- Familiar with P6 or Microsoft Projects scheduling tools
$125,000 - $135,000 DOE
