The ITM Teller is responsible for increasing Queensborough Customer Loyalty by ensuring consistent, positive, and valuable customer Interactive Teller Machine experiences. Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the employee operates an Interactive Teller Machine, provides prompt, efficient, and accurate transactions, and delivers STAR quality customer service. The employee is responsible for balancing each day’s transactions.

• Provides support to Spanish speaking customers
• Represents the Bank in a courteous and professional manner
• Accepts ITM and branch deposits and cashes checks to customers’ accounts
• Accepts ITM and branch loan payments and safe deposit box rent payments
• Cross‑sells the Bank’s services and products
• Answers customer inquiries and gives balances
• Balances transactions at end of day
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Bank and complies with all banking laws, rules and regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Researches and verifies account information
• Answers questions and solves problems for customers

• Fluent in Spanish
• Must be able to work Thursday and Friday 8am‑6pm, Saturday 8am‑1pm, and other days as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of six months cash handling & customer service experience
• Previous Teller experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to operate an on‑line teller terminal required
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
