Job Description

- You are part of a team that manages daily operations, planning, and customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers, make them feel welcome, and document vehicle and customer concerns.
- Learn how to build estimates and communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
- Answer phone calls and call customers to confirm appointments.
- Help resolve concerns or conflicts with customers or internally.
- Bill out tickets and occasionally help pick up and drop off customers.
- Learn how to order and enter parts invoices and deliver parts to technicians.
- Send out links for customer reviews and stay organized to get things done.
- Pay depends on experience with an starting range of $15-$20+ per hour; opportunities to learn, grow, and be promoted.
- Integrity first.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally as an automotive service advisor.
- Experience with creating an amazing customer experience and building repeat/referral business.
- Passionate about your work and friendly, outgoing, and able to build trusted relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments; openness to change and conflict resolution.
- Computer-savvy and comfortable navigating programs used to manage workflows and elevate the customer experience.
- Ideally some knowledge of cars and how they work, or a strong desire to learn quickly.
