Assistant Manager – Regional Finance

Join our team as an Assistant Manager and help customers achieve their financial goals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers.
  • Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions using product knowledge.
  • Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security.
  • Grow account volume through effective customer solicitations in the branch and by telephone.
  • Minimize delinquent debt by contacting customers and collecting on past‑due accounts.
  • Track, post, and complete all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with company policy.
  • Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience in a sales/retail or cash management environment.
  • Must pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and credit check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile with liability insurance.

  • Demonstrated passion for customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to relate well to a broad spectrum of people.
  • Thrives in a pay‑for‑performance atmosphere.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task effectively.
Working Conditions

The position is office‑based, providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
