We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about products and services
- Processing orders and returns
- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
