We're a growing specialist orthodontic practice in Augusta with a friendly, professional working environment and high standards to match. We look after our patients properly, we take pride in how the practice runs, and we treat each other with respect. Most of our patients are children and teenagers, and a lot of what makes their experience good comes down to the person in the room with them.

This is a small practice, which means your work is visible and you're trusted to get on with it. It also means we need people who take ownership — of their operatory, their patients, and their part of the day.

• Assist the orthodontist chairside during procedures
• Seat and prepare patients so treatment starts on time
• Take radiographs, photos, and records as permitted by Georgia law
• Sterilize and set up instruments and materials
• Chart accurately and in real time
• Turn over and maintain your operatory and assigned areas
• Support the front desk with check-in, check-out, and scheduling

• Dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience strongly preferred)
• Georgia dental radiology certification, or eligible to obtain immediately
• CPR/BLS certification, or willing to obtain
• Reliable and punctual — the schedule depends on it
• Organized and disciplined, able to follow through without being chased
• Warm and professional with patients and colleagues
• Committed to the cleanliness and infection control standards a healthcare setting require
