Responsibilities

Proud to partner with a hospital in Augusta, Georgia, with an opening for an Anesthesiologist to provide locum coverage.

Opening Details:

  • Schedule:

    8 or 10-hour shifts

  • Beeper call

  • Medical supervision 1:4

  • Must be able to do independent cases as well

  • Cases:
    General, OB, some neuro, minimal peds

  • Must be able to lay epidurals and do neuro cases

  • EMR:
    Epic

  • Board certification required

  • Paid travel & expenses

  • Provide compassionate anesthesia care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

  • Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans.

  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout surgical procedures.

  • Collaborate closely with the medical team to optimize care delivery.

  • Adapt quickly to dynamic clinical environments with a flexible, can-do attitude.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate updates with the care team.

Qualifications
  • Board certification or board eligibility in anesthesiology is required.

  • A valid state license or eligibility to obtain it in Georgia is essential.

  • Proven clinical experience in diverse settings will make you shine.
