Job Summary:

• Teach from the approved curriculum in accordance with the assigned schedule to ensure student satisfaction.
• Assist students in achieving the completion of objectives and learning outcomes.
• Provide regular and timely feedback to students.
• Participate in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive conduct with students and by getting in touch with, and offering assistance to absent students.
• Advise students in matters related to academics, attendance, and behaviors.
• Motivate students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process.
• Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies.

Job Summary:

• Investigate personal lines property insurance claims with insureds, third parties and other related parties in order to obtain facts and information
• Review facts, policy coverages, and expert reports to make decisions on coverage, the value of claim and settlement
• Manage and direct Property Repair Vendors to ensure best practices are being followed for property restoration, repair and replacement, and ensure that costs are in line with services provided
• Responsible for data accuracy, issuance of payments to insureds, vendors and other related parties to a claim
• Responsible for providing exemplary client service and keeping all related parties informed of the claims process and status
• Accept, contract, and handle claims
• Work as many claims
• Assist in resolving complaints from policy holder relative to claims.
• Assist in investigating more complex claims.

Job Summary:

• Maintaining adequate records of progress and evaluation for all students enrolled in classes assigned.
• Copies of grades must be submitted to the Registry Department at the end of each grading period (mid-semester and final)
• Revising, updating, and filing lesson plans for each class taught, no later than one week after the beginning of each semester.
• Developing new course materials
• Assisting the Chair in evaluating course objectives and sequencing
• Recommending curricular changes
• Reporting any needed equipment maintenance or procurement requirements to the Chair immediately
• Recommending to the Chair the acquisition of reference materials for the department
• Supervising, teaching, and/or administering independent studies
• Attending faculty meetings and departmental meetings
• Understanding the purpose and goals of the University and espousing them in the performance of his/her responsibilities
• Assisting the Chair in serving as the university representative.
