About the RoleFull‑time Preschool Assistant Teacher. Competitive pay $14‑$16 per hour, plus Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holiday/Breaks.
Responsibilities- Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children.
- Provide attentive supervision, engage students, and support their development.
- Participate in the After Care program, extending care beyond regular hours.
- Understanding of developmental levels to tailor interactions and activities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shift between tasks and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for nurturing and guiding young minds, with genuine empathy.
