Reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement, the Alumni Engagement Coordinator leads the development and execution of a comprehensive alumni communications strategy in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure consistent, thoughtful messaging aligned with departmental goals. Responsibilities include creating integrated communication plans for events, programs, and volunteer opportunities, and managing digital communications such as email campaigns, website content, and e‑newsletters. The position designs and produces marketing materials using design tools like Canva and Adobe, and manages social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In) to engage alumni, tracking metrics to measure success.

It also utilizes a CRM system to manage constituent data, generate reports, and support targeted outreach efforts. Some travel is required to support program needs.

• Alumni Communications Strategy & Execution: Responsible for collaborating with PAE, Director of Communications for PAE, and Communications & Marketing colleagues to create an annual strategy for alumni communications that is consistent and thoughtful. Develop integrated communications plans for events and programmatic activity to align with the overall divisional calendar and strategy. Execute a comprehensive array of communications related to programming, volunteer opportunities, and alumni benefits and collaborate with embedded communication representatives.
• Integrated Digital Communications Development: Develop, implement, and maintain a dynamic, clearly defined digital communications strategy aligned with other University departments, including but not limited to email communication, website content creation and management, and e‑newsletters.
