The assistant coach will work closely and directly with the head coach and aid in all areas of the volleyball program. The assistant coach must be a motivated individual who will bring leadership, enthusiasm, and a desire to contribute to the volleyball program and Paine College.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Successful coaching, recruiting and/or playing experience at the collegiate level is required.
- Working knowledge of NCCAA Division I rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to the academic goals of the university and to the academic success of student-athletes.
- Good moral character with conduct consistent with the university and state code‑of‑conduct.
- Other duties as assigned.
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the College's evaluation instrument for faculty/staff.
