Instructor​/Writer - Mission Commander Course

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Instructor / Writer for the Mission Commander Course (MCC) to support the Army Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower, GA.

• Clearance :
  Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
• Possess skills / knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, , correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files;
  
  knowledge management applications , SharePoint and Blackboard.
• Possess pedagogical / andragogical content knowledge, defined as the ability to recognize student mistakes, why they may have made those mistakes, and how to get students back on track from where they are.
• Able to diagnose underlying student misconceptions and misunderstandings from the mistakes they make and then help them correct those misconceptions and misunderstandings instead of merely addressing the mistakes themselves.
• Possess advanced presentation speaking skills (, tailoring content and delivery for different audiences, presenting confidently to large or small groups, and using more creative approaches to presenting).
• Technical Instructor certification or designation (, CTT+, teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification) OR (2) years of experience teaching technical content in a formal classroom setting. Experience is defined as experience in teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military institution, or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s); supervising or administering a training program;
  
  development or review of training / course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results.
• Graduate of Mission Commander Course and at least two years’ experience as a Mission Commander on a Combat Mission Team (CMT).

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
