Position Summary:

Join Cranston, an HFW partner firm, as a Transportation Project Manager. In this dynamic role, you will lead a design team and oversee all aspects of project management from pursuing new opportunities to ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery. You will be responsible for proposal preparation, project staffing, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your expertise will guide the execution of project schedules, scopes, and budgets, while ensuring quality control and compliance with corporate policies.

Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, identifying new clients, and fostering a cohesive team environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering successful projects and driving our firm’s growth and reputation.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as Senior Technical Advisor and Subject Matter Expert.
  • Identify new markets and clients to bring in new projects, while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare proposals and qualification statements, including estimates and presentations.
  • Prepare project schedules, scopes, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance.
