Responsibilities- Coordinate contractors and consulting engineers to manage facilities design, construction, renovation, & repair.
- Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and provide progress status to key stakeholders.
- Conduct design evaluations, economic evaluations, and prepare technical reports.
- Implement capital projects per approved budget and recommend projects based on continuous improvement opportunities at the facility.
- Conduct annual and long-range strategic planning with leaders to understand future state facilities needs.
- Support energy conservation projects by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Support manufacturing equipment installation for different lines to utilize equipment and space efficiently.
- Utilize Auto Cad and other software to update facility drawings & records.
- Solve complex engineering problems involving Textron Specialized Vehicles facilities, maintenance, processes, systems, and equipment.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or another related field required
Years of Experience
: P1- 0+ years of experience/ P2- 2 or more years of experience required
Software Knowledge
:
AutoCAD
