Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and successful outcomes. - Geotechnical Investigations:
Coordinate and conduct lab tests and subsurface evaluations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. - Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive proposals, technical reports, and design documents with attention to detail and clarity. - Client Communication:
Maintain open communication with clients, manage billing activities, and address changes in project scope. - Leadership & Development:
Support business growth through client engagement, mentor team members, and contribute to high-quality project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or closely related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience
- At least 1 year of work experience as a project manager or working under a project manager
- Professional Engineer license in Georgia or the ability to obtain, a plus
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn commercial software applications

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $115,000 - $120,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
