About the Position: This position is located at Dwight
D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Senior Manpower Analyst, providing authoritative advice, guidance, and assistance through analytical and evaluative methods to manage the organization's civilian and military manpower resources.

Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes
- Maintaining civilian and military manpower requirements in enterprise Human Resources systems to ensure accurate personnel and position data;
- Analyze manpower documents for compliance with current policies and regulatory guidance;
- Provide technical recommendations on manpower adjustments and organizational staffing documents, including unit-level requirements and installation-level authorizations;
- Apply manpower database expertise to review, update, and manage manpower records effectively.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
